Python Gen AI Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We are looking for strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark/Spark, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Databricks, data lake environments, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• We need advanced Python skills, including asynchronous programming, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• We expect working knowledge of data science and machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, linear regression, clustering, decision trees, KNN, and SVM.
• We require practical experience building, deploying, and supporting solutions with LangChain and LangGraph.
• We seek in-depth familiarity with large language models, including OpenAI GPT-3/4, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, or comparable models.
• We value prior experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering for generative AI applications.
• We look for proven ability to design and troubleshoot complex, stateful, branching conversational workflows using LangGraph.
• We require experience integrating external APIs, tools, and data sources into AI-powered solutions.
• We prefer familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• We are seeking candidates available for onsite work in Dallas, TX, five days per week, with the ability to attend an onsite interview and start immediately.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you develop and support Python-based generative AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud data platforms.

• You will build data processing and analytics workflows with PySpark/Spark, Databricks, data lakes, NoSQL systems, and Azure cloud services.
• You will design and implement AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
• You will work with large language models to create, refine, and optimize intelligent application behavior.
• You will craft, test, and improve prompts to produce high-quality model outputs.
• You will architect and debug branching conversational flows and other stateful graph-based workflows.
• You will integrate third-party APIs, tools, and data sources into end-to-end AI solutions.
• You will apply machine learning methods and libraries to support model development and experimentation.
• You will collaborate on multiple open roles in a fast-moving environment and be ready for an immediate start.

Company:

We are hiring multiple Python Gen AI Developers for a W2 opportunity in Dallas, TX with onsite work required five days per week and an onsite interview. This is an immediate-start role with an hourly pay rate of $30 to $35.
