Python/Java Engineer

Core Technical Requirements

• Java Expert: 6-8 years of robust experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Python Backend: 4-5 years of experience in Python, specifically for backend services or data-driven applications.
• Modern Paradigms: Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux).
• Streaming & Data: Hands‑on experience with Apache Kafka for event‑driven systems and Apache Flink for stream processing.
• Data Stores: Proficiency in Redis (caching), MongoDB (NoSQL), and Oracle (RDBMS).
• API Design: Mastery of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a strong plus).

AI & Conversational Exposure

• Working knowledge of Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational frameworks.
• Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
• Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit) or Playbook frameworks.
• Conceptual grasp of ML fundamentals and model telemetry.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud‑Native environments (OCP/OpenShift, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging skills in complex, distributed micro‑services environments.
• Previous experience in FinTech or high‑traffic digital assistant platforms is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
