About The Role We are seeking highly skilled React and Python Django developers to join our team for enterprise-level web applications tailored for trading operations within the financial services industry. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated trading platforms that facilitate seamless trading experiences for our clients.

The successful candidate will work on both the front-end and back-end components of the application, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with trading specialists, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge financial technology projects, leveraging your expertise in React.js, Python Django, and related technologies to create robust, high-performance web applications.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in React.js and Python Django development, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and industry expertise. You should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in developing enterprise web applications, especially within trading or financial services environments.

Proficiency with databases such as Postgres and Redis is essential, as is familiarity with RESTful API development and integration using Django.

Experience with version control systems like Git is required, along with excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Candidates should also have a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and adhering to best practices for software development. A background in security, scalability, and high availability for financial applications will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities for this role include developing and enhancing the front-end interface using React.js to create intuitive and responsive trading platforms. Building and maintaining back-end services with Python Django to support complex trading functionalities is also a key aspect of the role.
