Python Software Engineer

• *The Role
• Design and develop mission-critical software capabilities from the ground up, utilizing Python to create automated solutions for complex CNO environments.
• Lead the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initial requirements analysis and OOA/D to testing and deployment of advanced cyber tools.
• Architect and optimize data structures using JSON and YAML while managing code integrity through Git and Subversion version control systems.
• Perform deep-dive debugging and performance tuning on existing software to adapt to rapidly evolving mission requirements and technical landscapes.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, conducting technical quality control and peer reviews to ensure the delivery of "first-time-right" software products.
• *What You'll Need
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory for this specialized mission-critical work.
• 7-11+ years of heavy-hitting programming experience with a mastery of Python and Python Task Automation.
• Deep expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and socket-level programming.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and a background in SQL/NoSQL database environments.
• Proven track record in specialized testing (Unit, System, Integration) and the ability to perform reverse engineering or software analysis.
