Requirements
Must have:

- Two additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.

- We need strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- We require solid software engineering expertise.
- We look for experience with CI/CD pipeline deployment workflows.
- We need experience building applications that run on Linux.

Responsibilities:
- We support RadCAM software systems in our space operations and production environments.
- We design and architect services and monitor reliability on existing systems, while providing design guidance and technical support to the RadCAM team.
- We develop and test software that integrates with our ground system through our CI/CD pipeline, including automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
- We collaborate with RadCAM subject matter experts to commission future sensors and expand our radiometric calibration capabilities.
- We serve as the interface between the RadCAM team and our broader software development organization, helping promote software best practices.
- We design and build new services and improve existing features.
- We work closely with other software engineers on design and development efforts.
- We provide architectural and design input on the future direction of our cloud-based distributed technology stack.
- We troubleshoot operational issues.
- We support deadlines and communicate issues and results clearly.
- We follow and help improve our software engineering best practices.

This Software
Engineer role is based in Longmont, Colorado, on our Radiometric Calibration, Assessment, and Monitoring (RadCAM) team, where you will help support the calibration and performance of a satellite constellation alongside scientists and remote sensing experts.
