Senior Front-End React Developer

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Front-End React Developer with extensive experience building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered frontend solutions , capable of driving UI architecture while actively contributing to development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on front-end development experience
• Expert-level experience with ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and Web Performance Optimization
• Experience building component-driven architectures and reusable UI libraries
• Strong understanding of modern frontend patterns, state management, and SSR/SSG concepts
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
• AWS experience including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and related frontend-hosting services
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or Datadog
• Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and automated UI testing
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in modern cloud environments
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities , agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, guardrails, and AI-powered user experiences
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using ReactJS and Next.js
• Build reusable UI components and establish frontend best practices
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and cloud services
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve frontend application reliability and performance
• Contribute to AI-driven experiences and next-generation frontend capabilities
