Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
- Build reusable React components and scalable UI architecture.
- Develop secure and high-performance Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Implement REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices.
Required Experience
- 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on React JS development.
- Minimum 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
- Strong experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and containerization.
