Position:2 ReactJS+NodeJS Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React JS and Node.js.
• Develop reusable UI components and modern frontend architecture.
• Build secure and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on React JS development.
• Minimum 4+ years of Node.js backend development.
• Strong experience in production support and debugging.
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications.
• Exposure to cloud-native development and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
