- We need at least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
We are looking for strong experience in at least one backend or full-stack environment such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Java, C#, .NET, C++, Go, Ruby, PHP, or similar.
We expect experience building, maintaining, or reviewing production applications, APIs, services, databases, or integrations.
We want a solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, code quality, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
We need the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly and objectively.
We are looking for someone comfortable reading and reasoning through unfamiliar code or technical requirements.
A cybersecurity or SecOps background, or related exposure, is highly preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, containers, monitoring, or production operations is preferred.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or React Native is preferred.
Open-source contributions, public GitHub work, technical writing, or strong examples of prior engineering work are preferred.
Experience mentoring engineers, reviewing code, or making architecture decisions is preferred.
Responsibilities:

We communicate technical reasoning clearly in writing, including why a solution works and what alternatives we considered.
We collaborate with the customers team on technical reviews, implementation choices, and problem-solving exercises.
We adapt quickly to new codebases, frameworks, and technical requirements.
