Rust Engineer (AI Training)
About The Role

We're looking for experienced Rust engineers to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated Rust code — helping ensure the next generation of AI understands memory safety, concurrency, and performance at an expert level. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior Rust developers who want meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule.

- Identify bottlenecks, edge cases, and system-level failure modes — and implement scalable fixes
- Provide structured, expert feedback on AI outputs across a range of systems programming challenges
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
- 5+ years of professional experience writing production-grade Rust with a focus on memory safety and concurrency
- Strong background in systems programming and performance optimization
