Secure Software Developer

The Role

• Develop and implement managed-settings controls including permission rules, OS-level sandboxing, and plugin marketplace restrictions.
• Identify and close any control layering gaps within the software architecture.
• Implement and manage CI/CD review gates and provenance tagging for secure deployment.
• Gate and secure privileged agent actions such as reading secrets, moving data, and deploying code.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a hands-on software developer with a strong focus on security, actively writing hooks, CI configurations, and tooling.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and governing agentic coding tools across engineering organizations.
• Deep understanding of secrets management, including how secrets can leak in agent contexts (environment variables, config files, shell history).
• Ability to analyze and enhance security measures within complex software systems.
