About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior AWS Developer to join our team in Plano, TX on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your vast experience in AWS ecosystem to design and develop scalable cloud-native applications. You will be a key contributor in implementing serverless architectures and event-driven systems, ensuring high performance and robustness.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AWS Lambda-based serverless applications and APIs.

Build event-driven systems using AWS services like EventBridge and Step Functions.

Integrate AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.

Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.

Work in Agile teams and contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle.

What You Bring

Extensive hands-on experience with AWS technologies and Python development.

Strong background in backend development and microservices architecture.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS CDK or Terraform.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integrations.
