Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Over 5 years of experience in cloud, virtualization, or data center infrastructure - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Broadcom VMware vSphere/VCF and NSX - Solid expertise in enterprise storage systems (IBM Spectrum Virtualize preferred) - Profound knowledge of SAN, IOPS/latency tuning, multipathing, and storage-to-hypervisor interactions - Familiarity with Zerto replication and failover processes

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for intricate infrastructure and customer-impacting issues - Troubleshoot interoperability challenges between Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation 5, IBM Spectrum Virtualize, and Zerto replication workflows - Conduct hands-on troubleshooting across compute, networking, storage, and disaster recovery aspects - Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring VCF5 issues - Guarantee storage performance, availability, and capacity within a multi-tenant environment - Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance VCF5-IBM storage integration, processes, and automation
