Detailed JOB Description:

• Day to Day support on incident and tasks.
• Work with vendor to get any additional support.
• Work with customer and engage with customer on daily basis.
• Overall 6+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in working with Order Management System (OMS) in Retail Supply Chain.
• Willing to work in Evening/Night shift

Required Skill:

• Must have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).
• Must have hands-on experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).

Additional Skill:

• Analytical Ability coupled with attitude toward learning new things.
• Must be benevolent and a good team player with good communication skills.
• Good to have knowledge of Datadog.
• Good to have Knowledge of ProActive Plateform
