We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our fully remote, globally distributed startup. In this role, your primary goal will be to drive large feature sets from conception to deployment, balancing high-quality engineering with startup speed.

You will be stepping into a high-impact position where you will take abstract problems, break them down into actionable technical execution plans, and deliver robust solutions. Since we are a cross-timezone team, we highly value autonomy, clear asynchronous communication, and the ability to self-manage. What You'll Do

Drive Feature Delivery: Own the end-to-end development of large, complex feature sets, ensuring they are delivered with speed, high quality, and reliability.

Solve Abstract Problems: Take high-level, ambiguous product requirements and break them down into clear, executable technical architecture and tasks.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers across different time zones to shape product direction and user experience.

Build and Maintain Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure using our AWS and Firebase stack.

Set the Standard: Write clean, scalable TypeScript code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor other engineers on best practices. What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional software engineering experience working heavily with a similar modern web stack.

Strong proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js / Express (Backend) in TypeScript.

Solid experience working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and using modern ORMs such as Prisma.

Experience building and deploying applications on AWS and Firebase.

Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous, cross-timezone environment.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (PMs, Design).

Database Scaling: Hands-on experience scaling PostgreSQL databases (specifically AWS Aurora / RDS) for high-traffic applications.

AWS Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure, specifically: CloudFormation, ECS, EventBridge, SQS, S3, and Lambda.

Performance Tuning: Advanced experience profiling, tuning, and optimizing Node.js applications for maximum performance.
