About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React & Node.js) to join our team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable applications. This role requires strong full-stack expertise across backend and frontend technologies, combined with practical knowledge of AI tooling.

You will work on building and enhancing applications that leverage modern frameworks and AI-driven capabilities, contributing across the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of delivering high-quality solutions and working across multiple layers of the stack.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Build and optimise backend services using Python and Node.js.
Develop responsive and high-quality frontend applications using React.
Integrate AI tooling and capabilities into applications where relevant.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and applications.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.
Ensure applications are performant, secure, and scalable.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
3+ years of experience with Python
3+ years of experience with React
3+ years of experience with Node.js
Practical experience working with AI tooling or integrating AI-driven features
Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and modern development practices
Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice to Have

Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products
Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and deployment practices
Experience contributing to system design or architectural decisions
Exposure to working in fast-paced or evolving environments
