Demonstrated ownership of substantial software components or complete engineering projects.
Experience with multithreading, asynchronous execution, event-driven systems, or concurrent processing.
Strong debugging, code review, testing, and software design skills.
Experience maintaining complex applications with multiple dependencies and interconnected components.

Direct experience developing or maintaining software that controls physical devices.
Experience working with sensors, motors, actuators, cameras, controllers, or similar hardware.
