Senior Java Developer

The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate
• Serve as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Translate stakeholders' needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
• Senior-level Java development experience (Spring, Hibernate, REST, microservices)
• Hands-on experience with IFS ERP (preferred) and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's with 9+ years experience, or Master's with 7+ years experience
