Full-Stack Developer
We're seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on Java engineer who enjoys working across backend and frontend layers, building scalable microservices, and solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced, global environment.
You'll partner closely with architects and engineers to design, build, and deliver resilient, high-performing systems while helping evolve our technology standards and development practices.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Java / Spring Boot microservices, contributing across both backend and frontend components.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into well-architected technical solutions.
- Take full ownership of features from design through development, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects on system design, prototyping, and technical decision-making.
- Build scalable, high-availability services with a strong focus on performance, resiliency, and workflow optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production issue analysis, including tracing logs across distributed microservices.
- Apply best practices around authentication, concurrency, multithreading, and data structures to solve real-world problems.
- Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies—including AI-assisted development tools—to improve delivery and system quality.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, and Spring frameworks
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and core Java concepts (collections, HashMaps, threading, transactions)
- Experience tracing and debugging issues in non-sequential, high-volume transactional systems
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Frontend experience with Angular (any modern version), React, or JavaScript
- Experience with AG Grid and data visualization or charting libraries
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase)
- Experience in Agile environments and SDLC tooling (Maven, Jenkins, Git)
- Automated testing experience using JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cucumber
- Exposure to AI tools used for development productivity, testing, or analysis
