Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Duties

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for Java applications, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and optimize scalable backend services using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to create engaging UI components using React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging sessions, and performance tuning to ensure robust application performance and adherence to best practices.
• Utilize version control tools like GitHub and SVN for source code management; implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows.
• Engage in Agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.

Skills

• Extensive experience in Java development with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Proficiency in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and popular front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Java frameworks like Spring MVC, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and RESTful API design.
• Knowledge of database design and management using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
• Skilled in debugging complex issues using Visual Studio or Eclipse IDEs; adept at unit testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Knowledge of web services protocols including SOAP and REST;

experience integrating third-party APIs is desirable.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or TFS;
