Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Sr.

  Java Full Stack

  Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications.

• The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in delivering high-quality software solutions following SDLC best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the impact of new programs and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define system specifications and project feasibility.
• Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications.
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle standards and best practices.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee development activities and guide team members in technical implementation.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads for development teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including user and administrator guides.
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Prepare status reports and ensure timely project completion aligned with goals.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration within project teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Support organizational quality programs and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience in application systems analysis and programming.
• Proven experience in software development and full stack technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Ability to lead development teams and manage technical deliverables.

Experience:

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of program development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of specialized programming experience aligned with business needs.
