Requirements
Must have:
- We need at least 7 years of software development experience.
- We are looking for strong hands-on expertise in Java EE and Spring Boot/Spring Core.
- We expect solid knowledge of object-oriented design, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- We require practical experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably on AWS.
- We need experience using SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic.
- We value strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- We look for effective communication and presentation skills.
- We need the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience building IVR applications.
- Nice to have: understanding of IVR platforms and voice contact center systems.
- Nice to have: familiarity with speech standards such as VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, and CCXML.
Responsibilities:
- We design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical requirements.
- We integrate IVR solutions with key internal services.
- We monitor IVR systems and implement operational improvements to strengthen the customer experience.
- We troubleshoot and resolve issues across voice contact center and IVR environments.
- We collaborate with project managers to deliver solutions on time and to a high standard.
- We work independently while supporting a regional business unit aligned with global objectives.
- We contribute to forward-looking initiatives that improve call steering and IVR architecture.
- We communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
