About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to enhance and modernize critical enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on role focused on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and supporting the evolution of legacy applications toward modern architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business domains and legacy monolithic applications to deliver efficient solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 8+ and modern development practices.
• Build and enhance Spring Boot and Microservices-based applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to implement user stories and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and identify performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions.
• Support application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and backend service development.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand complex business domains and application architectures.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
