Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in programming and supporting software applications.

• Alternatively, completion of a technical training program and 4 years of related experience in programming and supporting software applications.
• Alternatively, a Bachelors degree or higher in an Information Technology-related field and 4 years of relevant experience in programming and supporting software applications.

Responsibilities:

- Resolving logging issues and enhancing logging protocols.

• Implementing Splunk Observability and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI).
• Offering guidance to other development teams on logging standards.
