For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack, Angular, Java, AWS to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will focus on building scalable, secure web applications that support important healthcare operations and user experiences. You will contribute across the full stack, with primary emphasis on modern front-end development and robust back-end services. The position also involves partnering closely with technical and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and mentor other engineers.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $128,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure software solutions
- Build modern user-facing applications using Angular and TypeScript
- Lead technical design for complex features and write technical documentation
- Develop and support back-end services using AWS and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Analyze system challenges and recommend effective solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing web applications with Angular (17+ preferred) and TypeScript
- Experience in back-end development using Java and J2EE
- Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2 and S3, and databases such as MongoDB and MySQL
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies
- Proven capability to use AI-powered tools for enhanced coding and productivity
