Senior Software Engineer - Java & Python

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience as a proactive creator with a strong sense of ownership - Ability to work across frontend, backend, and product functions - Significant accomplishments in relevant fields - Previous roles may include founder, CTO, initial engineer, or key contributor to a core product/platform - Specialized knowledge in areas such as computer vision, machine learning, artificial intelligence, frontend development, distributed systems, media infrastructure, or mobile technology - We welcome specialists, but prefer those who can also contribute broadly beyond narrow research or data science domains

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain AI image editing systems - Create backend services and product enhancements - Build training and inference pipelines - Manage model-serving and media-processing workflows - Enhance algorithms for computer vision to optimize accuracy and performance - Refine development systems and internal automation tools, while troubleshooting issues - Implement and enhance full-stack features for user-facing AI image editing tools - Design new property manipulation features, such as virtual staging and re-lighting - Support our photo editing model style marketplace - Automate video editing through user-defined workflows
