Must have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Over 7 years of experience orchestrating technology, data, or digital platform projects - Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams using structured methodologies - Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management frameworks - Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Clarity, or similar - Strong organizational abilities, risk management aptitude, and problem-solving skills - Capacity to juggle multiple priorities at once - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and supervise technology and data platform projects by managing scope, timeline, resources, budget, and deliverables - Ensure project alignment with established objectives, governance standards, and quality benchmarks while supporting data, analytics, and digital transformation efforts - Create and oversee project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestone timelines - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to guarantee timely and efficient delivery throughout the project lifecycle - Lead initiatives for data privacy compliance and regulatory alignment - Drive privacy assessments, security checkpoints, and compliance evaluations - Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, and Data Governance teams in managing PII and sensitive information - Oversee the implementation of privacy controls like masking, access restrictions, and retention workflows - Ensure integration of privacy requirements within Agile artifacts - Organize Agile ceremonies and guarantee alignment with sprint objectives - Work alongside Product Owners to maintain balanced project backlogs - Eliminate obstacles and mentor teams to enhance Agile maturity - Serve as a central coordination hub among stakeholders, product, and technical teams - Lead meetings, provide status updates, and facilitate decision-making sessions - Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and change requests - Ensure compliance with governance and escalation protocols - Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource distribution - Assist with financial reporting and cost monitoring - Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards - Maintain precise project documentation for audit and compliance purposes - Support operational transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer initiatives - Gather lessons learned and enhance delivery methodologies - Spearhead the delivery of data pipelines, analytics solutions, and modernization projects - Coordinate efforts between data engineering, BI, governance, QA, and business teams - Maintain robust data governance, including lineage, metadata management, and quality controls
