Senior Software Engineer (Python)

Requirements

Must have:

- We are looking for at least 5 years of software development experience.

• We need strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• We value front-end experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• We expect experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or comparable databases.
• We need experience building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• We prefer candidates who have led projects or other technical initiatives.
• It is ideal if you have experience mentoring less experienced developers.
• Strong system design capability and problem-solving skills are important.
• Preferred background includes message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools.
• Experience with time-series databases or large-scale data environments is a plus.
• We value knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps or CI/CD practices.
• SaaS, IoT, or regulated industry experience is preferred.
• FedRAMP exposure is a plus.
• Golang experience is beneficial.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and services.

• We build REST APIs, backend systems, and modern web applications.
• We develop using Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and SQL databases.
• We work with Azure cloud technologies and support CI/CD pipelines.
• We implement event-driven architectures using message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• We lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture and system design decisions.
• We collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
