Senior Software Engineering Manager - Full Stack

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors Degree - Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not count) - At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) - A minimum of 4 years of experience in people management - Masters Degree (preferred) - Over 5 years of experience with Python (preferred) - At least 3 years of experience with Java, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Node.js (preferred) - Over 7 years of experience in a management role (preferred) - At least 3 years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or others) (preferred) - Minimum 1 year of experience in LLM integration, model API, prompt engineering, or AI-augmented feature generation (preferred) - At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Technology, ESPs, campaign management, or content personalization (preferred) - At least 1 year of experience with MJML or Apache Velocity (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Develop software solutions to enhance AI content generation services, integrating LLMs into content authoring workflows with prompt management and output validation - Create channel-specific content builders for email, mobile app placements, website placements, and push notifications with responsive rendering and preview features - Implement AI-assisted compliance review workflows, building classifiers and scoring pipelines that identify potential UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, claims, and disclosures prior to content approval - Contribute to systems for managing multi-agent orchestration that coordinate compliance review, audience selection, and campaign delivery - Construct evaluation and observability tools for LLM outputs, including golden dataset benchmarks, A/B testing metrics, and drift detection methods - Develop template systems allowing marketers to build compliant content from pre-approved components across various channels - Write robust, production-ready code and engage in the development of CI/CD pipelines, including those for model evaluation - Lead the design process for end-to-end content generation features, compiling architecture proposals and facilitating cross-team collaboration - Establish guardrail frameworks for LLM outputs, including toxicity filters and compliance checks, and create operational runbooks - Utilize programming languages such as Python, open-source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as a range of AWS tools and services
