We've partnered again with an fast-growing AI startup, building intelligent communication and workflow automation solutions in their search for a Senior Solutions Software Engineer. While it's a "startup," these folks are off to the races with an impressive client list!

This is a Client-Facing Role but Remains Very Technical

This is a hybrid position in Austin, TX and the client is not willing to sponsor Visa's at this time. Please no C2C or Remote-Only candidates.

What We're Looking for in a Senior Solutions Software Engineer:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python and SQL/PostgreSQL skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining third-party API integrations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong production support skills, including troubleshooting, incident response, and deployments.
• Excellent communication, client-facing problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot); Azure, React/TypeScript, and AI/LLM experience are pluses.
