ServiceNow Developer (Training Included)

Requirements

Must have:

- Masters degree in STEM with 3+ years of relevant professional experience or - Bachelors degree with 7+ years of relevant experience (GPA above 3.2) - Experience in Service Desk, ServiceNow administration, helpdesk, IT support, systems administration, software development, or IT operations - Proficiency in backend or full-stack technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, or Java - Strong knowledge of JavaScript - Experience with ITSM or CSM modules preferred - Understanding of ITOM is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences - Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows - Build integrations using REST APIs, web services, and mid-server components - Write high-quality code including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications - Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow environments - Continuously learn and implement best practices across the platform
