Requires a minimum of 5+ years technical support experience with various desktop, network and other end user applications, as well as demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Windows and the Office suite.
Requires experience with change control and problem management practices in corporate environment. Requires a demonstrated understanding of application and network administration principles. Prefer financial institution and core banking application experience
Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Must provide and maintain a reasonable level of documentation related to supported applications and systems
Must be flexible, adapt to rapid change and be comfortable with ambiguity
Must have strong background in project management
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a high customer service orientation
Must have excellent communication and telephone skills
