Requirements
Must have:

- We expect excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
- We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
- We only accept applicants located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- We write clean, high-quality code examples and clear explanatory notes.
- We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- We provide actionable feedback that helps improve future AI models.
- We complete a short assessment as part of our hiring process.
- We choose projects and work hours based on our availability.
