Must have:

- We prefer candidates with 1+ years of mission- or safety-critical software development experience.
- We prefer candidates with 1+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or a similar high-tech environment.

- We value excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
- We design, build, test, and maintain full-stack software solutions that support model-based sustainment simulations.
- We work with users and stakeholders to gather needs and convert them into scalable, maintainable systems.
- We coordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines to stay aligned with program goals.
- We lead or support project planning, code reviews, and agile delivery activities.
- We troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects to maintain reliability and performance.
- We continually improve our processes, tooling, and documentation to boost productivity and product quality.
- We apply system-level thinking to integrate software components within the wider operational environment.
- We mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
