The Role
- Build and improve services, infrastructure, and developer tooling for continuous integration, ephemeral environments, and automated testing
- Develop scalable Kubernetes- and AWS-based capabilities for production-like environments
- Build shared infrastructure for test execution, orchestration, and environment setup
- Improve platform reliability, performance, observability, and cost efficiency
- Replace manual developer workflows with reusable APIs, automation, and platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows to improve developer productivity
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience developing, designing, building, testing, and operating production software or infrastructure
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, continuous integration systems, developer tooling, or backend services
- Demonstrated experience independently delivering well-scoped software engineering projects
- Experience using AI assisted development tools across the software engineering lifecycle
