Requirements
Must have:
- At least four (4) years of professional experience in: - AI/ML engineering or advanced data science - Developing and deploying production-grade autonomous agents - Context engineering - Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT - Implementing RAG architectures utilizing vector databases - Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI - Integrating LLMs through APIs - Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation - Extending the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure LLM access to local and remote data - Implementing AI safety measures, content filtering, and controls - Managing data privacy and handling sensitive information (PII/PHI) - Preferred: - At least two (2) years of experience in: - Constructing multi-agent or autonomous agent workflows - Optimizing LLM costs, token usage, and performance - Understanding enterprise AI deployment patterns and scalability considerations
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research, design, implementation, and management of software programs. - Testing and assessing new applications. - Collaborating closely with fellow developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts. - Creating and developing AI-enhanced agentic solutions, such as autonomous workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, aimed at improving productivity, automating processes, and aiding in intelligent decision-making while focusing on governance, security, and cost efficiency.
