Software Developer - Java & Python

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree in a programming-related discipline - Strong expertise in modern C++ - 0-3 years of professional experience - Experience in trading platform development such as market data processing, order management systems, and real-time risk management is a plus - Knowledge of automated testing practices and frameworks - Familiarity with performance engineering, including profiling and optimizing low-latency systems - Proficient in database technologies like SQL and PostgreSQL - Skills in scripting and automation using Python or similar languages - Experience with UI development, particularly in the Qt framework and web interfaces

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with trading teams to create and implement new trading strategies - Design and develop ultra-low-latency applications in C++ for trading purposes - Enhance and optimize cutting-edge trading software systems across the organization - Develop and implement robust automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance of our systems - Create powerful tools for development and analysis to uncover market opportunities - Leverage emerging technologies like Claude Code to refine our development processes
