Requirements
Must have:
- We require at least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- We require hands-on full-stack development experience, from initial concept through UI and back-end delivery.
- We require at least 2 years of deep working knowledge of ASP.NET Core with C#.NET, Angular or React, HTML5, CSS, MS SQL Server, and Identity.
- We require at least 2 years of experience working in Agile environments and using eXtreme Programming practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and pair programming.
- We require at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL and SSRS.
- We value experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server.
- We require demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and IIS administration.
- We value experience building interfaces that align with Section 508, WCA, and WAI-ARIA accessibility standards.
- We require knowledge of security best practices across application development and hosting layers.
- We require experience using distributed version control tools such as Git and SVN.
- We value familiarity with Continuous Integration and Jenkins for automated builds.
- We value familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure platforms.
- We require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- We plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and support highly scalable web-based services using modern technologies.
- We partner with business analysts to interpret business needs and translate them into documented solution designs.
- We collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather, review, and refine requirements.
- We write unit tests and produce code that follows established engineering standards.
- We work with CI/CD pipelines and deploy services into customer development environments.
- We contribute to full-stack implementation across both user interface and back-end layers.
- We help ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with accessibility requirements.
- We participate in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and support cross-functional delivery.
