Software Developer - Python/Java

Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science - Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents - Strong background in context engineering - Extensive experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT - Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases - Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI - Knowledge of integrating large language models (LLMs) via APIs - Understand AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation - Experience in implementing and extending the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for LLM access to data sources - Ability to implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety controls - Familiarity with data privacy and handling of sensitive information (PII/PHI) - Preferred: Experience in building multi-agent or autonomous workflows - Preferred: Experience in optimizing LLM costs, token usage, and performance - Preferred: Knowledge of enterprise AI deployment patterns and scalability considerations

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research, design, implement, and manage software programs - Test and evaluate new software solutions - Collaborate closely with fellow developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts - Design and develop AI-driven solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity - Create autonomous workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to support decision-making - Ensure governance, security, and cost efficiency in AI applications
