Essential Responsibilities:

Integrate current remote service solutions as per product teams needs/requirements and timelines

Support product teams in configuring remote service components while maintaining product quality/existing components

Investigate and support modalities with issues from integrations and close them in timely manner

Strong problem solving and debugging skills

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

Conduct training sessions to bring the modalities/stake holders up to speed with current remote solutions and designs

Generate clear and concise integration training documentation/guides

Assist with maintenance of current remote software components

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 3-5 years' experience using object oriented design, data modeling, and analysis methodologies

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in object oriented technologies, programming languages C++ or C#, scripting languages like perl/windows batch

Experience working with Global teams and cross functional teams

Desired Characteristics:

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-site development organization

High initiative in working through difficult problems and obstacles

Experience working in agile development environment
