HuxleyWe are partnered with a long-standing Investment Management firm in Stamford, CT to help bring on their next Software Engineer.
This is a hands-on full‑stack role with meaningful ownership of core internal systems.
Build and maintain enterprise web applications used across the firm
Develop scalable .NET 8+ Web APIs and Angular front ends
Create reports, dashboards, and automated data exports
Develop scheduled jobs and workflow automation
Work directly with business users to refine requirements
Document systems and contribute to future-state architecture
Support production applications and improve performance
Help shape engineering standards and development practices
Strong experience with C#, .NET 8+, .NET Core Web API, and Angular
Solid SQL skills, including query tuning and schema design
Experience with Entity Framework and/or Dapper
Background building secure, scalable enterprise applications
Experience with SOA and real-time frameworks (e.g., SignalR)
Familiarity with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.)
This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite in Stamford) with a total compensation expectation in the $180k-250k range.
