Requirements
Must have:
- We require an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
- We are looking for deep expertise in AI/ML, Python software engineering, Linux systems, and CNO.
- We value experience using modern AI development tools, including Claude Code.
- We seek someone with a strong track record of engaging stakeholders, interpreting requirements, and designing scalable, high-impact solutions.
- We need proven ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- We expect the candidate to be comfortable working in an in-person environment.
Responsibilities:
- We build and support software engineering solutions on our enterprise AI inference team.
- We develop and maintain the platform that underpins our customers AI capabilities, with a focus on inference services and related AI-enabled applications.
- We design, implement, and tune infrastructure for large-scale AI model inference.
- We collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
- We investigate and resolve challenging issues in live production settings.
- We work as a small, agile team that delivers mission-critical outcomes quickly.
