Software Engineer

Ameri Partners is seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Design solutions across

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM

.

• Define platform architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.

Support integrations using

REST and SOAP APIs

.

• Design and improve workflow automation and platform processes.
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and support for complex platform initiatives.
• Troubleshoot architecture, integration, and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

IT, Computer Science, or a related field

.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience

  .

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions

  .

Strong expertise in

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM

.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow architecture-related certification, based on client requirements.

Qualified ServiceNow professionals with strong enterprise architecture and implementation experience are encouraged to apply.
