Software Engineer (C++, Java)

Requirements

Must have:

- We require a bachelors and/or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

• We are looking for 3 years of experience in Android, iOS, C , web, or another relevant software engineering area.
• We require 3 years of development experience on projects using Java, C , or another typed programming language.
• You must be skilled in debugging and testing software.
• You should have strong experience with Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
• You need to be comfortable using the command line and scripting.
• You should demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• You should have solid hands-on experience with macOS, iOS, Xcode, Android, Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, and TypeScript.
• You should understand professional software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and computer vision is desirable, though not essential.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you develop, maintain, and scale our products and tools.

• You will join our San Diego R&D team and contribute to our software engineering efforts.
• You will help build technology that supports our 3D face authentication and digital identity platform.
