Role Responsibilities

• Review code and system designs and provide clear technical feedback.
• Analyze engineering decisions, architecture, performance, and technical trade-offs.
• Create technical documentation such as RFCs, ADRs, and design specifications.
• Conduct structured code reviews and debugging.
• Develop automation testing strategies and identify performance improvements.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly through written documentation.
• Contribute engineering expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of system design, code review, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Experience building production-grade software using modern technologies.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with automation testing and engineering best practices.
• Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and trade-offs.

Preferred

• Experience creating RFCs, ADRs, architecture documents, or detailed code reviews.
• Strong experience with system architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience with reputed technology companies or academic institutions is a plus.
• AI/LLM experience is not mandatory.
