Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience - Proficiency in the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps practices - Strong SQL skills for complex queries, data validation, and performance enhancement - Experience in designing and maintaining data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines - Hands-on experience in Java development for data processing and system integration - Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI - Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake

Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, test, develop, and maintain high-quality software products - Ensure full-stack ownership by consistently producing production-ready and testable code - Create optimal designs that comply with architectural best practices, focusing on scalability, reliability, and system performance - Conduct failure analyses, recommend design modifications, and promote operational enhancements - Prioritize customer experience while making design and coding decisions - Incorporate feedback from code reviews to enhance adherence to standards - Lead code reviews to advise on best engineering practices and ensure compliance with development protocols - Ensure that all aspects of product development meet compliance and security standards - Maintain a strong focus on embedding reliability engineering principles into development standards
