We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer (.NET) to join our engineering team. This role is pivotal in providing technical leadership and delivering impactful software solutions across the organization. • *Qualifications
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems concepts
• Experience delivering reliable, maintainable, and thoroughly tested software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions
• High level of ownership, accountability, and professional judgment
• Experience with modernizing legacy systems is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is advantageous
• Knowledge of observability tools such as logging, metrics, and tracing
• Full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience in building internal platforms, shared services, or developer tooling is desirable

• Lead the design and development of scalable, robust web applications utilizing .NET Core MVC and C#
