The Role

• Provide technical expertise for critical, high-volume fraud prediction applications.
• Analyze customer requests for fraud rule changes and provide solution feedback.
• Design and implement effective rule strategies to address customer needs.
• Develop and deploy rule changes within an agile framework.
• Validate rule changes against transaction data to ensure quality.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) software.
• Proven experience delivering technical solutions aligned with business and product strategies.
• Familiarity with custom software application development, agile methodologies, and test automation.
• Strong background in object-oriented architecture and design; Java experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
