Software Engineer

This employer is hiring for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex applications that support critical public health programs. The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-quality enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Lead technical architecture and implementation, ensuring solutions meet business and security requirements.
• Manage database solutions, data integrations, and reporting tools to support operational needs.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, security, and application-level issues.

What You'll Need

• Professional experience in software development, including the full lifecycle of designing, testing, and maintaining applications.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# for web-based applications and experience with SQL/T-SQL for relational database management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, including coordinating work and coaching team members.
• One of the following: 11 years of relevant IT experience; an associate degree plus 9 years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of experience.
