Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, validated through professional roles, consulting projects, military career, training, or formal education. - Advanced knowledge in Pega configuration with practical implementation experience. - Significant proficiency in Java development, capable of designing, constructing, and debugging intricate components.

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead and provide consultation for major engineering projects involving complex architectures and long-term strategic planning. - Assess and dissect challenging technical problems, taking various factors into account—including ambiguous or unprecedented elements—to propose efficient solutions. - Engage in decision-making and execution related to multi-dimensional engineering challenges that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of processes, policies, and regulatory standards. - Work directly with client stakeholders, offering technical insights and strategic advice to advance project objectives. - Assist in solution design and implementation through expert-level engineering analysis and configuration tasks.
